Medshield Medical Aid is a ****!

False advertising and never there when you need them. Had to be discharged from the hospital as Medshield was unable to verify and pay for the treatment and this was the first time I claim in 3-4 years! Been waiting for help since last night, so I need to die first before they authorize! Canceling my membership!
