Medshield medical aid are ****mers and don’t want to pay for medication at all

Hi there, Medshield medical aid is a group of ****mers. I pay R2400 every month. Currently I’m sick and I need medication. Medshield is only willing to pay R18 and the rest of the bill of medication bill which is about R450 needs to be paid by me. I’m a good as someone who has no medical aid if they don’t want to pay for my medication. This Medshield medical aid needs to be reported because this is call broad day light ******* and they’re not ashamed to decline paying for my medication yet I’m feeling very ill. I’ll cancel my membership with them this week if no one from Medshield sorts this out. Medshield is actually a pathetic to say the least. Someone from Medshield needs to call me tomorrow to sort this out. I’m disappointed with their service & insensitivity. I’m the main member, it’s beginning of the year and they’re not willing to pay. Shame on you Medshield, this is unacceptable. I will cancel this medical aid with immediate effect and they won’t deduct any money from my account going forward. I need a good medical aid. Medshield are ****mers & they’re pathetic.

People who are members of Medshield should consider canceling membership from this pathetic medical aid and find a better medical aids.
