Medshield medical aid

Medshield declined my procedure in hospital. I suffered from rotator cuff "a torn tendon" due to a work injury on my farm. They do not want to pay for the procedure in hospital and said it is not listed under "accident". Thats really the worst. I am very dissappointed in Medshield
