Medshield Lie

1: A few months back, when I was in negotiations with Medshield to sign up with them, I specifically asked on numerous occasions if our House doctor, Dr RP Pieters @369 Voortrekker road was accepted on the plan that I’m taking, and on all occasions I was assured that he is covered. Well, I was informed during the course of this month from our doctor that after they Medshield, it was confirmed that they are not paying his visits for my family. MEANING, that all previous visits to him was deducted from our savings ? Please see attached proof of visits rejected for payment…..Claim not from DSP. This amount has allocated to R972.30. Medshield will remain responsible for this amount, and cleaning up all savings used for visiting this doctor, as there was numerous times over phone calls confirmed that he was covered as our Dr. 2: My wife and daughter was diagnosed with Covid 19, and the medication was not covered, WHY NOT ? if the savings was finished, it means all previous Dr visits was taken from there ? AS far as I know, the medical aid should cover ALL covid 19 medication.
