Medshield left us with unpaid hospital bills

After authorising a hospital stay for my son at Fourways Hospital, Medshield has declined to pay for the servicecs provided despite numerous promises to make payment to Doctors and the hospital.

We are constantly being called by service providers looking for payment. My partner's name is also in a negative due to this. In fear of ending up in the same situation as I also had a separate medical account with Medshield I have had no option but to also cancel my cover as obviously the company does not pay for the services that they promise to offer. To date, I am unable to understand why they are not paying for the hospital stay claims. I am so frustrated with Medshield
