MEDSHIELD LEFT MY 70+year OLD FATHER WITHOUT LIFE DEPENDANT CHRONIC MEDS FOR 21DAYS

MEDSHIELD subjecting its members to ***********, ********, neglectful Designated Service Providers, PHARMACY DIRECT!!! Elderly chronic patient left without LIFE DEPENDANT chronic meds for 3WEEKS. Renewed prescription submitted on 20 Sept 2022 for a 75year member, and 3weeks later, still no Meds are dispensed. MEDSHIELD review the POOR, PATHETIC SERVICE of your DSPs providers, after all you force memberd to use them.

WORST PART ITS REPEATED INCOMPETENCE, SAME ****, DIFFERENT MONTH!!! (been through this already 3X this year)

Pharmacy Direct playing with the lives of people, your primary reason for existing is to dispense meds to members, so if u not doing that, WHY EXIST!!!!
