Medshield just ignore Council for medical scheme

I complained to the Council for Medical schemes that Medshield were refusing to pay for an important part of my Minimum Prescribed benefits( nearly R400 per month,) and they have refused to pay for well over one year.<br> The CMS received a reply from Medshield saying they wanted a second opinion from their own designated Doctor, but Medshield haven't contacted me to arrange this second opinion. Medshield don't care about the CMS because they can just ignore CMS and get away with it. I called CMS again and asked them to look into the matter again. No response from either CMS or Medshield.. Medshield know the longer they can draw out these things the less they have to pay. Don't ever believe that Medshield care about their members they don't., when things go wrong your on your own!!!!
