Medshield is Useless

I'm so frustrated with medshield, especially in the condition I'm in, so much unnecessary stress, They refuse to process my claim if when I sent them proof of payment and statement from the DR.

They don't even pay for essential blood tests, what kind of medical aid is this, the worst decision i ever made, regret it daily. Cant wait to cancel it.
