Medshield is not a good medical aid to have for out of hospital benefits

we pay so much for medical aid and when its time to claim they reject it saying the day to day is not available. I went in for a root canal treatment and Medshield says that they cannot pay as this is not specialized enough. its ok to loose my front teeth. medshield also stated that you can have two specialist visits but they only pay for consultation. anything else comes from your day to day, Its only April and ,my medical aid is exhausted. Why don't they state that specialist amount that can be used. Medshield is a *******. Radiology comes out from your day to day also.
