Medshield is just very useless medical aid MI***

If I had an option I would give medshield zero rating. As early as much my funds were depleted. When I tried to enquire because I paid my monthly premiums. I was informed that funds are allocated annually not on a monthly basis. Funny enough most of the claims for this year and some for last year were rejected. My medical aid now is operating like a hospital plan only. I want to believe now that Medshield is starting to **** me. Even their employees are very defensive and sarcastic when you try to enquire from them.
