MEDSHIELD IS A ****!
I pay crazy levies for my wife's medication all because medshield wont put her expensive meds on chronic registration. Medshield is a total **** and totally useless. This is my 1st and last year with them i tell you

05 May 2021, 13:09This is not the first time you promise to attend to my problem but my problem is that you only care about your profit not the customers. Instead of putting the medication thats financially challenging on chronic registration, you put the cheap ones that i can buy cash and are just over the counter medications. You make it useless to have a medical aid cover
