Medshield is a *******/*********. I have this procedure i need to do according to my Brochure its covered with a co payment. But my hospital authorization was declined siting procedure not covered its part of the exclusions. What i dont understand why is it covered on my documents and on their website but miraculous on their documents its an exclusion. I sent a query on their email ref no:130922Q8P9X3 (13 Sep 2022), I am yet to receive a response when they boast about a 5 day turn around time. I view this as false advertising. I would never recommend anyone to join Medshield infact i feel like actively discouraging everyone I know.
