Medshield is a pyramid scheme

If it was up to me I would give them zero, I've never been so upset in my life like this. I joined Medshield and it started on 1 May 2026. I was a member of medical aid since 2020 and I never had a break. I was told that we will be covered immediately for our chronic conditions as we have some chronic conditions, now my son is sick with asthma, which I disclosed to Medshield, now they are turning a blind eye, they are refusing to give us authorization, I'm so dissapointed at Medshield and I even regret joining them. It is obvious Medshield is a pyramid scheme. Toying with our lives. Even their Principal officer is nowhere to be found. I wrote him 2 emails but he is quite, should my son die because of Medshield? ***
