Medshield is a NO GO medical aid!!!!!!

Ive been sending emails to Medshield for the pas 2months and not getting any response... i have a savings account with medshield, and still they are not willing to settle my Pathcare account... why the heck do I pay R8000 per month for medical aid, if they are not willing to pay my medical bills... sick and tired of this nonsense!!!!! That is why I have this savings account... to pay my medical bills!!!!!!!!
