MEDSHIELD IS A **** I open the medical aid in December, and the deductions were supposed to start end of February. Early January I decided to cancel it due to unforseen reasons, everything was through on the 17 of January I got a letter stating that I have terminated my membership. To my surprise January they try to deduct from my bank & again this month on top of that they sent me an email saying that I owe them R2500 FOR WHAT?? I DON'T KNOW. I cancel the membership within a month of opening it and I have never use their services because everything was going to start end of February now they claiming that I Owe them. Why would I pay for something I have never use & I cancel it within a month
