Medshield Hatred

Pathetic Medical aid... The NEVER pay my claims back into my account... The send emails acknowledging my claims and dates when the claims will be paid into my account, but this never happens... I pay R850 for a Anti Natal visit... scan... And when I claim it back, they are only willing to pay R124 of this claim... and then never pay it anyway... who is *****ing the money... why do I pay R6000 per month, of they wont even pay for Anti Natal scans? I HATE this medical aid... only reason that I'm still with them, is because of my continues pregnancies... this is the last, them im DONE with Medshield medical aid... They are willing to pay for full dental visits, but not for Scans????
