Medshield GP Nomination

I have recently joined medshield (Mem No. ***) and I'm having difficulties with nominating the right GP. I was supp**** with an excel list of GP practitioners to nominate and I chose one (Dr KE Kozuchowski). Upon attempting to make a booking I was informed that the GP only works with hospital admissions and does not consult. Now I am confused and not sure which GP I should be nominating because It seems not everyone on the list I was provided does consultations. The Medshield call-center didnt help much. I was just advised to check the list on the website then call again. They declined to help me over the phone to just identify a doctor and nominate one. I was hoping I wouldnt have to wait for my broker to return from leave in order to be assisted. Very disappointed. My first month and the service is not so great.
