Medshield what is going on

I have been with u guys for years And this is the customer services we getting Your employes don't understand anything I have my child's orthodontist claim which u guys keep rejecting This is my 3rd hello peter complain and Medshield don't even care that their names are going down the drain u guys requested authorization and it was given can u pls pay my claim in 10 years this is my first claim and u guys are doing this I think this is totally unfair no one even responds to the complaints this was not the service we pay for
