Medshield_ Frustrating
Called Medscheme at 16:30 and the voice prompt said the call center is currently closed. It then went on to state their operational hours as 08:00 to 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays. I made the call on a Monday.
This is the LEAST of my worries with these scheme!!!!!!!!
