Medshield does not care about people's health

Medshield is the worst medical aid company to deal with, the don't care about people's lives and health. every moment I have to call 100 times to get the medication delivered to me.... the **** courier company they using is ***********, they don't communicate, they don't call when they struggling to find the address instead they return the parcel. in August I had to use my own funds to buy medication after I had to sleep without taking my meds, on top of that they delivered the medication to the address am not longer staying in.

this is frustrating and we are paying every for the medical aid yet we not getting medication.

I wouldn't recommend Medshield to anyone.... I can't wait for medical aid renewal so I can go back to Discovery.
