Medshield dissatisfaction

Medshield doesn't even deserve a one star rating!!! I've sent multiple emails, and not getting any response... Why can they pay for births in hospital, without even questioning the price of the birth... but won't even pay ¼ of my birth, witch is with a registered midwife at a registered birthing unit?? My birth is costing R18500 IN TOTAL, and they are telling me that my midwife is charging 400% and more... so HOW MUCH IS A 100% charge?? What is the amount of a birth?? Do you really think a birth costs R18500÷4 = R4625 ????? HONESTLY?? why state in my documents, that a birth is "unlimited" ..... witch is why, I chose that option, knowing I'll be having more kids.... R6000 per month, FOR WHAT???? Medshield paid my previous 3 births IN FULL, witch was with this exact same midwife, at the exact same registered birthing unit....now THIS!!!!!! WHAT has changed?? I'm so so so disappointed... and definitely will never ever reccomend anyone to ever join this medical aid
