Medshield disgusting service

My mother is a pensioner who barely used her medical aid until she had to be hospitalized for the first time in almost forty years. She still had to do a lot of co-payments in hospital and her claim for a urologist visit was also promptly rejected. She had to co-pay for everything. Blood tests, x-rays, doctor's visits. And she pays a fortune for this medical aid that she barely used, which is comprehensive I might add. Yet when she really needs it, she must still pay out of her pocket. Disgusting!!!
