Medshield disappoints again!!!

My wife belongs to Medshield medical aid and this is the 2nd time we have had to wait for almost a month for a claim to be paid. Not only is it a simple claim but its the type of claim that has been paid in less than a week in the past.

it is really disappointing because this medical aid has slowly become one of the worst in south africa. please sort out our claim we have been waiting
