Medshield Debit order

My mom wanted to change medical aids so I requested a quote from Hippo.com After reviewing the quote my mom decided to stay on her old medical aid. Now I receive an email stating that there is a debit order on her account for Medshield. She is a pensioner of 82 years old and there is no way that she can pay for 2 medical aids
