After sending 22 emails to get a refund on a claim, nobody will call you or send you an email explaining why and how you should submit a claim. Nobody reads the emails and Medshield will keep rejecting claims based on outstanding information that was clearly mentioned in your email. Then they tell you not to get frustrated!!
