Medshield baddest Medical aid on earth

I Can't even rate this Medical Aid. We joined this useless Medical Aid 2 years ago due to finances. We are 7 people on this Medical Aid. First experience my daughter suffer with fits and we have just joined them, she is usually sick for two days after a fit vomiting non stop. I took her to Medi-Clinic Welkom and the medical aid declined for her to be admitted because she must be on the medical aid for a year because it is chronic, I took her to Emergency because she was dehydrated. She had to sleep in emergency to be on a drip because I had to pay cash then for her to be admitted.

I have been struggling with terrible back pain for the last two years. I took Xrays and was told no there is nothing wrong I must just strengthen my core and i have slight scoliosis which obviously one is born with. I then months later asked for a MRI to be done. They then see that the cushions of the the to lower disks are pushing out. I got an appointment at Dr Byron ***** Neurosurgeon. He told me on Tuesday that I have left my back situation for far to long and that he must do the operation asap. I was then booked for the 29 of Oct 2021. The Medical declined every procedure because it is not life threatening. I have been in tremendous pain for the last two years, he think that it is important for me to do the operations.

So you tell me how in this world dont they see this as an urgent operation for me to live a normal life, I can walk long distances, i can stand for to long, i dont sleep at night. i can sit for to long, i can basically do the minimum and i am 46 years old.

I am on permanent pain killers and have developed an ulcer. The pain is unbearable, so they will then have to check me into to rehab or fix my ulcer or pay for everything when i am in a wheel chair, o sorry that is also not life threatening my mistake.

I see this as very urgent and i hope you will it treat it as such
