MEDSHIELD BAD SERVICE

Worst service from Medshield- they cancel my membership end of December. We struggle for 5 weeks go for 6 weeks now to get the refund out of them We did send all the papers signed and everything as per the requests ABOUT 4 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THERE IS AN EXCUSE WHY THEY CANNOT PROCESSS THE PAYMENT They confirmed that I will receive his refund this week . Follow up with Jason now 3/4/2025- Now they wait for approval to see if they going to do a refund. The money was paid in their account. They confirmed a refund is due to US but now we must wait for our money. WE me and my mom spoke to a lady last week Tuesday and she confirmed to me also that we will get the money - I needs to pay for his new medical aid still..... This is really not good service and empty promisses....
