Medshield bad customer experience

Medshield sent me for dental x-rays and supp**** me with an authority number and cost breakdown of what they will pay.

I continued with their information and recommendation now they reply with that the procedure is not covered then the practice number is different etc.

I believe that Medshield misguided and misinformed me regarding procedure and that any reasonable person will be under the impression that Medshield will pay as indicated on the cost layout letter and telephone discussions.
