Medshield and Pharmacy Direct Service

I have written an email and called the Medshield medical call center and I have also called pharmacy direct. I have not been assisted.

Pharmacy direct made a claim to the medical aid in April and they said I was suspended and pharmacy direct call center called me and I told them to call the medical aid and sort it out with them but they didn't..... And all they did is send me to lawyers regardless that I am a chronic patient.. The pharmacy direct call center people are horrible bad service even on numerous occasions I have asked them to sort out their claim with the medical aid they did not..

Instead of sorting it out the they got a lawyer to call me and I was requested to pay an amount of R 2094.38. For benefits that I have have on the medical aid if I don't pay I get black listed.. Regardless that I have told the call center to sort it out with the medical aid.

I called Medshield and they said that they would look into I called pharmacy direct but they keep saying someone will call me back but they never did and instead they resent a claim to the medical aid and they never not even once got back to me.

I written a complaint to the medical aid and I have asked to be refunded my money but instead they sent me an email that say my claim is rejected.. How do they expect me to pay both medical aid and pay for benefits that come with my medical aid. Literally no help instead I have been more stressed economy isn't great and now I have had to pay pharmacy direct due to someone carelessness.

Medshield says it rejected the claim due to its a stale claim but how?????

I have sent proof of payment for pharmacy direct and I have asked that I be reimbursed but both Medshield and Pharmacy direct are silent.. They call center is terrible no help at all

All I want is to be reimbursed I want to get my money paid back to me... I cannot be paying for benifts that I have..

This is the worst service I have received and Medshield should be helping me but instead they have caused me more stress
