Medshield and dishonest

Medshield is bad, dishonest. When i joined medshield i was told that i dont have to be on waiting period since am from another medical aid, their broker person known by Themba mthembu even insisted that i cancell first so that i wont be covered by 2medical aids, he even said there is no need since i will be covered immediately when the medical aid is approved. A month after I've joined i went to pharmacy for cough syrup and i was told that i was on waiting period, stil surprised i tried contacting him and i was told his busy, left the message for him to call, he never did,. Am stil left with unanswered questions till today. Instead i sent an email and respond was email from medshield stating im on waitng period, when i asked of how i cancel they sent forms immediately and tell me if i cancel i must cancel next month. Now am not covered. If there was honesty i would've remained where i was or look for better options, my problem stil not solved
