Medshield also ******** people

My brother joined Medshield medical aid scheme on the mediphila benefit plan this year. He recently started being sick with headaches requiring scans, hospitalization and prescribed medication. It took the medical aid donkey years to approve hospital admission. The doctors prescribed medication and the medical aid said they do not cover them, we had to come up with the money to buy the medication even though its prescribed medication, he is supposed to be going for a scan but with our previous experience with the medical aid scheme we doubt they will cover it. I am tired of seeing medical aid schemes ******** people, what are our monthly contributions used for?????? It would have been better if one just saved up themselves, its just a pity that our employers force us to be on these medical aids. What is also saddening is that we are talking about peoples lives, its not like a cellphone or an item that you can replace-its people's lives we are talking about.
