Medshield ADMIN pathetics

I submitted a quote and motivation to medshield on the 9th of september.<br> Items were authorized and clearly stated that prosthesis will be paid in full and the bras will be paid to R2000.00<br> After submitting the claim, account was not paid at all!<br> i phoned medshield twice and spoke to Diana on both occasions, she really did try to help, but still the account was only paid today (16-12-2015) 3 months after submission!<br> Also not all the items was paid even though we have authorization and funds are available.<br> and even if funds are not available anymore... if Medshield processed the account correctly in SEPTEMBER the account whould have been paid<br> <br> practice no: ***<br> mem no: ***<br> auth no and ref: 090915QG27M7<br> Service date: 03-09-2015<br> account submitted: 25-09-2015<br> 06-11-2015 spoke to diana --- account to be reprocessed ref: 061115QHV705<br> --- nothing done<br> 30-11-2015 spoke to diana again -- account again reprocessed ***<br> 17-12-2015 account short paid!!!<br> <br> how can an account be short paid if the auth is clearly noted on the system<br> Why didn't medshield process the account 3 months ago<br> and still why isn't this cancer survivors bras paid.... even if we have an auth!
