Medshield a **** and pathetic medical aid!!!

What a pathetic **** of a medical aid!!! They say they will pay for x amount of pregnancy scans when done at a midwife or their network hospital, but my claim has been rejected twice now and I never received feedback as to why it has been rejected, I have to continuously phone them to beg for my money back which they said they will pay. Its been a month later now and I am still struggling to get my money back.

I am due next year and the hospital I am currently at is on the network list but the service agent told me it might not be on the "list"next year so if I go for my scans and see a Gyni at the hospital this year and they are not on the list next year oh wel better change my hospital a month before my due date which it utter nonsense, the service agent couldn't care less and did not do anything to get more information, just a "lets see what happens next year"

Why do I have an medical aid if they cant pay for what they say they will!!!
