MEDSHIELD - 2 MONTHS NO HELP FOR BACK TRAUMA OPERATION
<p>Since June 2016 we've been waiting for the approval for a BACK TRAUMA operation for my father of 86 years of age. It's been postponed twice due to this MEDICAL AID that gladly takes your monthly payment but can't assist with ANYTHING. The next scheduled operation is on 23 August 2016 and they just told me, they can't help me with the authorisation. THEN WHO CAN???!! He is 86 - do you think you can help me before it's too late?</p>
