Medshiel delayed claim

Good morning, I kind of had it with medshield and their poor service. I submitted a claim on the 20th of June, I had to constantly call for updates on the claim. I was told their turn around time is 5-7 working days, I called yesterday and wasted 60 minutes of my time only to be told that a team leader has escalated the claim to the claims department. I then called today again just to hear if there is any feedback, I was told by a consultant that my claim was only escalated on the 28th and I will have to wait another 5-7 working days. Medshield is honestly a let down, it has been a let down since I joined this medical aid. I cannot wait to change to a different medical aid.
