Medshied - very bad Med Aid

I am a member since last year September

This year on 27 March - I have asked them on email that I want to take my son to a dentist therefore I wanted to request authorisation.

I received an email back that I do not need pre-authorisation to take my son to a dentist but to a limit of R2 200(I still have the email)

When the dentist sent a claim - they deny it saying there was no pre authorisation

Medshield is very bad really
