Medschield Medical Aid

When I joined Medshield about 3 years ago, I had to supply them with proof of my previous medical aid and an affidavit. After up and down regarding penalty, I was approved with no penalty and waiting period. Now I want to add my husband, went through the same channels, to receive an outcome on 23/2 that the affidavit cannot be used, but my next debit order which is due 25 Feb is double plus penalty. No debicheck was sent to me or approved by me see that the amount will be increased. As mentioned on various occations that when I got married in 1994 i was on my husbands medical aid as an dependant. he got retrenched about 5 or 6 years ago and has not been on medical aid. The Agents I spoke to, everyone is giving me a different story to add my husband. I cannot even discribe how frustrating this is
