Medishield poor customer services
I have no idea how many times we need to phone to try to claim back doctor consultations, every time, new stories or documents are needed it's never the same. It has been going on for months now...but they are easy to make contact if you don't pay them but if the shoe is on the other foot you don't get hold of them....typical.
