Medication not paid
In june 2021 we had covid19 and were treated in arwyp hospital casualty. Medshield doesn't want to pay for treatment their reason is that the hospital used two different practice numbers of which I don't understand why can't they sort it out. Now hospital is saying they will hand my name on ITC because of this nonpayment I tried several times even to an extent of putting them both on conference call but no solution found yet please assist.
