Medical not paying claims

I have been on medshield my whole life.first under my mother and now on my own for over 2 years.

These last 2 months I am absolutely disgusted by your service. I pay an absolute fortune a month for medical aid yet every claim I have done in the last 2 months for medicine you have rejected.what pisces me off even more Is the fact that these medicines are generic. Please explain why I pay for medical aid if I must still go and pay for my medication on top it.

I suggest you sort your **** out cause I'm on the verge of looking for a new medical aid.
