Medical Aid sold with Wrong information

A few Months ago I needed to take out medical aid and was contacted by a broker who spoke to myself and my wife, about 3 months went by then i used the medical aid as I needed to go to the doctor where and received a script - now according to the information the broker provided I could only get prescription medication. Well I sent my wife to get the prescription filled and they point blank refused stating I cannot get any of this medication. I then stopped my payment and reversed my payments because I was sold a medical aid under false information. Today I receive a letter stating I owe them money... UNACCEPTABLE. I sent them an email as well stating that I would pay for whatever services I used but to date I have received no response.
