Medical Aid Payment

I have been trying to contact the call centre the entire morning and no help has been given. I have made a payment on the account , however I incorrectly captured the reference number ( one number incorrect). I have now been informed that the Medical aid has been suspended. I cannot have these issues as I am currently going through a divorce and these small errors could result into bigger matters and complications. Please can you get someone to contact me urgently to fix this problem. This is an URGENT matter please.
