Medical aid only paid portion of my c section

9 December 2022 I had to do an emergency c section due to BP being high. The plan was to give birth naturally but due to emergency I had to do a c section. All my claims are being paid only 40%. I'm now left with bills that I need to pay from my pocket because Medshield failed to pay providers full amount.
