Medical aid Masters

On the 20th of March 2024, I was looking for an affordable medical aid cover. I was informed by Hippo that I needed to fill in all my details inorder to get a quote from Medshield medical aid, and that it was an obligation free quote and in 3 days someone will call be back to confirm the medical amount and if I would like to go forward with the cover. In two days I was automatically covered by Medshield and was informed that r1851.00 will be taken out of my bank account on the 2 of April. I immediately emailed Hippo to cancel and on the 26th of March the medical aid was canceled however, an SMS said that the amount will still be taken out my account. I informed Hippo and was told that it will not go of my account and I have since been trying to contact Medshield and Hippo but have gotten no response. Today my account was debited for r1851.00.
