for the past 6 months Medshield has been a nightmare medica aid for me. even sending a complaint is worse of time the will respond to you like you are stupid.my child claim for tonsillectomy was paid at R429 no one can give me an answer240419QDBL1K . No specialist want to work with Medshield. every time they process a claim i have to call them that they have made a mistake in processing this is just because of my 10 years experience in claims ref 140519qf746x i wonder what happened to other people who do no know .
