I need an authorization number for an operation on 02-11-2023 by Dr Pieter Blomerus. Membership number ***. A Herena Sirinda Query number 241023QXOWZG was supposed to phone me about it. I phoned Medshield number a few minutes ago, but the lady who was supposed to help me was totally ***********. She wants to give me a quotation but does not have a clue of what is needed although I sent through all the documentation. All I need is a reference number. Can a competent person phone or e-mail me, please.
