Lets call it: The snitch company

In short: I left my company in Dec'14, from which my company paid the last of the installment for enjoyment of the medical aid. I then phoned and requested to continue on the policy before switching medical aids. Medshield advised to pay installment of about R2500 to be covered. They then advised me to pay a further R2500 to be covered as payments are done in advanced, so in total i've paid +-R5000, which covers me for Jan and Feb. I went to pickup allergy meds this week (Feb), and was told that my medical aid was terminated. Why the F*** did Medshield accept my money, and not advise me otherwise. This comes down to being unprofessional snitching f***s . If i'm not covered for Jan or Feb after my 5k payment, then i want my money back ASAP. So please phone me back, and don't get a a junior to phone me. a Manager preferably, with people skills and customer care skills. Timer starts now...
