Lack of Response or No Response

I sent through my medical aid submission forms with all the supporting documentation to become a member of this medical aid scheme. I submitted all the documents on the 16th February 2016. To date I have not received any feed back on my application. I have called the call centre on numerous occasions, and it reached voicemail. I have email the agent who originally sent me the application forms, still not feedback. I have also tried to call the agent as per the number on the email address and still no response. This is absolutely poor service, and makes me wonder how they perform with their existing customers, in terms of claims. At this stage I have no choice but to seek an alternate Medical Aid scheme who are willing and able to offer me their services.
