Keep on delaying authorization for elderly back operation could cause lost of use of limb

My dad, Mr F.C de Witt member number ********** 6961 has been a member of Med-shield since 2005. He currently have a nerve stuck the spine causes lots of pain and lost of feeling in leg. He handed in more than one motivational letters from Dr Fourie and Specialist. Dr Samantha N Parish did a fitness test and blood test were send in. Even Xnnrays and MRI scan were send in. However every day its a different excuse. My dad has just fallen again and he suffers from pain so much that he try and lie down most of the day, Dr said if they do not operate he may lose the usage of he's leg. Why do they keep on delaying. They do not delay the debit order however they make a person suffer in pain and as they believe physiothe****** is what he need and what the specialist and the Dr suggest does not count.
