increased abnormal contribution

Medshield has again debited the amount that I complained that I won't be able to manage going forward n these happens after I was sent a form to fill n sign that I'm downgrading to Mediphila the option that their consultant suggested but still they have deducted from my account the increased amount from my account I'm very much disappointed with this Medical that I want nothing from them anymore but to look elsewhere 😭😭😭😭
